  1. Is there a charge for iBank@ESSA?

    Basic Internet Banking is free.

  2. Do I need special software to use iBank?

    No. You will be able to access your accounts from any computer that connects to the Internet. Simply click the "Online Banking Login" link at the top on the page of our website. 

  3. What do I do if I forget my Password?

    Click on the Online Banking Login link at the top of our website and then click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link. A temporary password will be sent to the e-mail we have on file.

  4. What should I do if I can’t Login?

    If you have been in the secure site before, follow the instructions above for resetting your password. Please note that the system locks access to accounts when there are three failed attempts to enter your password or answer your challenge question. 

    If you still cannot login, please call ESSA Bank & Trust at (570) 421-0531 (outside the area, call toll-free (800) 439-0715) Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET and speak with an Electronic Banking Representative.

  5. Does iBank work with Quicken® and QuickbooksTM?

    Yes, it works with all current versions of Quicken® and QuickbooksTM. When the statement is displayed for the proper account and the desired time period, select “Export selected or use Download tab”.
