Existing ESSA personal checking account must be open at least 6 months prior to application date.


Available to borrowers who have had an ESSA primary home mortgage loan within the past seven years. Fee refund applies to the first mortgage loans only and may be granted not more than once every 24 months. Refund of $400 is applied at closing. Some restrictions apply.
